As healthcare continues to shift toward prevention, the physiotherapist’s role in health promotion and wellness continues to expand. We at Achilles believe in taking not only a holistic but a proactive approach to disease prevention which is why we are always striving to educate our patients. By conducting seminars, workshops and special classes, we aim to help our patients improve quality of life by impressing upon them the importance of biomechanics in overall health and well-being regardless of age.

The best investment in Life is to invest in one’s Body.

Life waits for no one so don’t let pain stop you from getting the most out of life. No matter what your age we at Achilles are here to help you achieve optimum mobility and to help you live your best life.

In an ever evolving industry with newer more cutting edge treatments we at Achilles aim to provide the most updated treatment techniques tailored to reduce and eliminate pain and inflammation, improve/increase movement and improve one’s overall mobility and flexibility. We want our clients to live happier, healthier, more independent lives which is why at Achilles Physio we take a holistic approach to healing. The human body is engineered to move and it is often through immobility and poor lifestyle choices that we start experiencing problems. During our sessions you will first receive a thorough initial assessment of your musculoskeletal system. This includes an analysis of your movement patterns (bio-mechanics), strength, range of motion, reflexes, sensation, and of course pain patterns. These assessments and re-assessment are critical elements in determining the correct physiotherapy treatment. It will also help the therapist determine whether a client may require further medical evaluation from a physician and/or from other medical disciplines. From this information and assessment, your physiotherapist will design a unique, individualized treatment program specifically for you to help achieve your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible through one on one sessions with your therapist. Our mission at Achilles is to help people improve their quality of life and empower everyone to function at their fullest potential.
